Is there a contract or commitment? ▾
Never. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-month, we'll credit you for any unused visits — no questions asked.
How do I know you actually came? ▾
We leave a door hanger on your door after every visit with the date and time of service. You'll always know we were there.
Do you work in winter? ▾
Yes — we work all 12 months of the year. If snow prevents us from servicing your yard, we'll double up on your next scheduled visit at no extra charge.
Do I need to be home during the visit? ▾
No. As long as we can access your yard, we'll take care of everything and leave the door hanger to confirm. Most customers are at work when we visit.
